Adriana Sota, Pay and Bill Consultant at Venturi Group, joined the finance team in October 2023. With over a decade of experience in billing and payroll, Adriana was accustomed to manual processes in her previous roles. However, ETZ’s automated system at Venturi quickly impressed her.

Adriana describes the efficiency: “The person submits the timesheet, the client can approve them through ETZ, which is brilliant because then I don’t need to chase the clients for the approvals. So that definitely saves us a lot of time.”
This automation extends to tracking outstanding timesheets. “If there are any timesheets that are still outstanding… ETZ gives me a report on which timesheets are not yet submitted or approved.” Adriana adds.
Adriana is particularly impressed with ETZ’s support team. “It’s been brilliant working with ETZ, and especially with their technical team, where they’ve been so helpful and trying to advise us as much as they can,” she enthuses. “They’re always very efficient and come back to us quickly.”
