Since 2010 Cognitive Group has trusted ETZ to bring it’s back office operations together. Effective candidate management requires documentation to be in order to meet compliance. ETZ uses a compliance-led approach to timesheet processing, by preventing candidates from submitting timesheets unless the correct documentation is uploaded.
For the purposes of financial management, the system uses timesheet information to automatically generate client invoices and self-billing information to pay workers. “We can group how they are sent, such as by batch, worker or week, whatever suits each client. ETZ also provides us with accurate commission breakdowns for the consultants for each of the different assignments our workers undertake,” Andrew Papadopoulos says.
He continues: “Obtaining good reporting is essential for helping us steer the business day-to-day and for making bigger decisions for the future. ETZ provides detailed and accurate financial data which supports effective credit control. The Management Information reporting is invaluable for planning and forecasting.”
